We recently engaged HPL to help convert our existing cellar into a habitable room. The work undertaken was for a basement dig and underpinning (not a full conversion / fit out) to increase the height of our existing cellar footprint. We spoke with three firms, and chose HPL as they were recommended by our structural engineer, and were open to working within our time / budget constraints.
